Created in 2003, EastBayPreschools.com (Now BayAreaPreschools.com) was the first online preschool directory in the Contra Costa and Tri Valley areas. EastBayPreschools.com is a simple, reliable and personalized service for both parents and preschools. It is a safe place to compare preschools and child care centers on an “apples to apples” basis Parents can be sure this information is accurate and up-to-date. Sydney jacobs
Sydney has a Bachelor of Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and has attended Diablo Valley College for Early Childhood Education.
She joined us at EastBayPreschools.com in May of 2019 to help with Marketing, Communications and Social Media. She is also currently a lead Preschool Teacher for the 3-4 year old classes at Kid Time, Inc. Her combination of experience with the website and as a preschool teacher leads to a unique ability to connect with schools and directors, as well as parents.
With a passion for quality care, Sydney aims to connect Bay Area families and preschools with their best matches, through social media, blogposts, and preschool fairs.
Mike & Jodi Mascaro
Mike Mascaro has been in the tech and website world since 1994. He previously owned IT company, Diablo Microsystems, and currently manages Northern California for Pact-One Solutions. His team built and designed the website for BFI (Garbage company), many of the East Bay’s Chamber of Commerce sites, and many small businesses in the Diablo Valley through the early 2000’s. Currently, Mike works with Medical & Dental designing and implementing technology.
Jodi Mascaro is a dedicated, experienced Early Childhood Education professional. Her educational background includes a M.S.Ed. in Early Childhood Education from Cal. State University, East Bay and a B.S. in Child Development from Cal. State University, Fresno. Her 20 years of ECE experience includes Head Infant Teacher, California State U. Fresno, Head Teacher, San Jose State University Child Development Center, and since 2004, ECE Specialist, Chabot Las Positas Community College, Livermore. She is currently the Director/Owner of Creative Learning Center of Alamo.
Together Mike & Jodi own Creative Learning Center a Little Blue Truck Inc, company dedicated to Early Childhood Development. They also have 2 young children, a passion for preschools, families, and the East Bay!
